Our Story
Inspired by treating multiple metal allergic patients and patients with auto-immune disease while having his own nickel allergy. Dr. Schulman developed a novel approach in his specialty of forefoot reconstruction. From the 15-year experience he had with this innovation method, he partnered with WishBone Medical (Warsaw, Indiana) to further develop this technology to help all patients - adult and pediatric alike. The AlloMate Bone Pin System was solely developed by Dr. Schulman; launched in 2018 with WishBone Medical.
Nearly 6 years later, after the transfer of ownership of the AlloMate Bone Pin System from WishBone Medical, Just Bone Orthopedic Solutions, LLC was then strategically formed to continue the partnerships with Red Star Contract Manufacturing (Larwill, Indiana) to manufacturer the AlloMate Bone Pin Insertion Kit and Pinnacle Transplant Technologies (Phoenix, Arizona) to produce the AlloMate Bone Pin.
Dr. Daniel Schulman - Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Schulman, a suburban native of Chicago, is a surgical podiatrist currently practicing in the Greater Phoenix area of Arizona. His hospital affiliations include Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Banner Gateway Medical Center in Mesa, and HonorHealth Osborn/Thompson Medical Centers in Scottsdale. In 2023, he became podiatric medical director for Integrated Healthcare Mobile Solutions, LLC in Chandler. Leaping into innovative treatments to provide the best care for his patients, Dr. Schulman takes pride in utilizing regenerative medicine in all facets of his podiatric practice and leading a paradigm shift in bone restoration surgeries. He is also an active surgical advisory board member for Biomedical Bonding AB in Stockholm, Sweden.
Mike Stumpe - Chief Revenue Officer
Mike has been in the orthopedic community for almost 2 decades, starting his career EBI/Biomet Trauma. Mike grew up in Central Indiana and attended Ball State University. Once in orthopedics, Mike earned numerous national and international sales awards with Biomet Trauma. With the merger of Zimmer and Biomet, Mike was a part of the transition team for Trauma, Foot and Ankle, and Orthobiologics, helping to develop the best possible product offering and sales channel post-merger. As new products were developed, Mike was an active member of the Sales Advisory Council working alongside surgeon developers and engineers globally.Â
Currently, Mike owns a successful orthopedic distributorship specializing in products for advanced human regeneration and technologies that push the status quo in the industry.
Matt Dripps - Chief Operating Officer
Matt Dripps is a seasoned medical sales professional with 17 years of experience in the industry. Raised on the north side of Indianapolis, Matt began his career in orthopedic sales, spending 10 years with Zimmer Biomet, where he gained deep expertise in the orthopedic device sector. In 2016, Matt transitioned to entrepreneurial ventures, co-founding Heartland Medical, a distribution company that represents multiple product lines within the orthopedic space.
In addition to his work with Heartland, Matt is a cofounder of WellCourse, a remote patient monitoring app that is now used nationwide to enhance patient care and streamline healthcare delivery. His diverse experience spans both the clinical and business sides of healthcare, making him a well-rounded leader in the medical sales and technology sectors.
